Democracy

I’ve heard so many people say so many times that India is the biggest democracy in the world.

Democracy means freedom i.e. when you are free. Are we free from the wrong practices in the name of religion? Are we free from biased notions? Are we free from hypocritical beliefs? Are we free from dirtying the cities? Are we free from a vulgar display of power? Are you free from false ego? Are we free from thinking that women and men aren’t equal? Are we free from abusing Mother Nature? Are we free from thinking that it’s okay to wear the Indian flag twice a year and disrespecting it on other days?

Are we the biggest democracy? Are we free?
