I believe education isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. Every student brings distinct strengths, challenges, and aspirations, and my role is to recognize those differences and guide each learner toward personal, academic, and creative growth. I see myself as a facilitator — not just a knowledge-giver.
I create learning environments where curiosity is encouraged and students feel empowered to question, reflect, and connect ideas.
