Compassion is a word we often hear talked about when it comes to religion, but it isn’t a word used often enough when it comes to discussing what makes a business successful.

Certainly, compassion helps leaders be effective, fruitful, and successful, it helps employees become successful, and eventually, it contributes to making companies a success.
Numerous studies have shown that shows of compassion, as well as acts of kindness and generosity, create a ripple effect that shoots from those who do the act, to those who observe the act, and the ripple continues expanding, impacting many others who are all benefited as a result of just one single act of compassion.
Ratan Tata, Bill Gates, and Warren Buffett are few of the examples of compassionate super-rich people. They keep growing by giving it back to the society they got it from.
For it’s in giving that we receive.
St. Francis of Assisi
