This is one of the oddest jobs I’ve seen. This man has migrated from eastern India in search of a job and landed up in this tempo where he works for hours together; cleaning the leftover part of the bird. The job demands 8-9 hours 24 x 7. No holiday, no fun time.
This man represents the spirit of a hard-working India, far from dirty money and lethargy. The job is tedious, with blood and foul smell, but he has found his happiness in this job, without repenting or cribbing.
