Leadership is a tricky thing especially when you’re not taught about it properly. This is especially true for officers who are incorporated into a leadership role. Many times they’re lost and this prevents them from becoming a good leader that the force needs. My coaching will empower young leaders to recognize their true potential, and not only lead others but lead change.
